March 2023 Release Notes

Aunalytics is excited to announce the March 2023 release to our clients. This release provides you with model and site enhancements along with any fixes to existing functionality.

Competitor Payment Smart Feature Updates

This month’s release brings several updates to the Competitor Payment Smart Feature for clients on the v3 data model. These enhancements include the addition of highly requested fields and consolidation of other fields.

We are excited to expand the Customer table to now include a Customer_HasExternalP2P field to flag customers who have peer-to-peer (P2P) payments and a Customer_HasExternalCrypto field to identify customers with cryptocurrency exchanges. Like the other “HasExternal” fields that are part of the Competitor Payment Smart Feature, “Yes” in these fields indicates the customer has transactions for this category while “No” indicates they do not. This update further allows you to see what sort of financial transactions your customers are doing outside your institution.

The Customer_HasExternalDealerPayment and Customer_HasExternalCarLease flags have been consolidated into the existing Customer_HasExternalCarPayment. Instead of breaking out three types of car payments, transactions considered car payments will all fall under the Customer_HasExternalCarPayment, eliminating the Customer_HasExternalDealerPayment and Customer_HasExternalCarLease fields from the model.

Similarly, Customer_HasExternalHomeloan has been consolidated into Customer_HasExternalMortgage, removing the Customer_HasExternalHomeloan from the Customer table. Customers who were previously flagged for having an external home loan will now have “Yes” in the Customer_HasExternalMortgage field.
